Hopefully this makes sense, but I have to grant my OCD frustration has comboed with a bit of burn out and I may just be rambling. With Town Events that include two heroes of a particular class just being added to a regular Stagecoach, or the wonderful 'A Day Long Awated' (6 bonus recruits) I can much more quickly punch through a list of candidates to get the set I'm looking for.

And I believe that the Town Events portion of the game (which is effectively frozen due to the 'The Town is Abuzz' event) is somewhat crucial (or at least advantageous) to accomplishing that goal. The basic backstory is that I'd really like to start the Courtyard quests with a hand picked group of heroes and treasure hunters that are not only leveled up appropriately (resolve level, equipment, skills, etc.) but also have one or two Quirks that I consider perfect for their class. I understand I'd be giving up the earlier access to the CC trinkets, but I have some frustrations with the Courtyard in the early stages and how it effectivley interferes with my plans. What I'm wondering and have never investigated before, is whether I can activate just the Districts and the Flagellant class portion of the ful 'Crimson Court' DLC immediately, and later - when I feel I'm 'ready' for the Courtyard - activate the Questline / Courtyard portion of the DLC, from the Thronging Hives to the Countess.
